I do not have the outrageous accumulation of food we like. Honestly I’m the beef as great as pototoes kind of gal….
I occaisionally eat chicken.
meats we like: Steak, Chicken, Burger, Salami (I adore the great salami sandwich) Ham
Vegetables: Broccoli (I similar to it in cheese as great as soy sauce), corn, Potato (is which deliberate veggie)
Fruits: we eat the occasional banana as great as we have suffer grape juice
Grains: we adore bread. we similar to rice
I do eat the lot of carbs, not the air blower of fruits as great as veggies, we eat the lot of Pretzels (that is the usually break we unequivocally eat),
I adore Pasta as great as noodles as great as things as great as we adore my Cheerios.
I do not similar to fish of any kind…
Also we have the large debility for Mexican food, sharp stuff.
I similar to cheddar peppers as well.
Oh as great as we have the greatest debility for Taco Bell (not genuine mexican though it works)
So what is protected to eat as great as of those things we referred to what do we need to cut out?
What do we need to eat some-more of?
Do we need to begin becoming different things prior to pregnancy?
Currently we take the 45 notation travel with my father as great as dual dogs each day do we need to enlarge which or do it less?
I’m in sincerely great shape….I gained the small given marraige though the entrance off…..(I was 135 when we got tied together I’ve gained the great 10 to fifteen pounds given (thanks to taco bell)….I’m 5’5″) Should we go forward as great as try to get those additional couple of pounds off until we get profound or not be concerned about it so much?
